Your email is used for one purpose: to send you the Think Better Daily lessons you asked for. We use it to deliver the daily lesson, the welcome message, and nothing else.
How to unsubscribe
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe here at any time. After unsubscribing, you will receive no further lessons.
Requesting data deletion
To request that we delete your email and subscription record, contact us athello@thinkbetterdaily.com. We will remove your data and keep only anonymized delivery records where needed for our logs.

Entering your email on the signup form means you are subscribing to daily Think Better Daily lessons. We do not pre-check any marketing consent, and we do not share your email with third parties.
